• Manage Order to Invoice process, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate records.
• Support QA processes, escalation during expedites, and handle RMAs and related analyses.
• Coordinate between customers, Inside Sales, and suppliers to review item status and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Asset, Field Sales, Quality, Transportation, and Inside Sales.
