Job summary

CENIT North America, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support our US sales and marketing operations in Auburn Hills, Michigan. The role focuses on administration of licenses, renewals, and order processing, while collaborating with account executives and global teams.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with CRM systems, and strong communication skills. A willingness to travel occasionally and work in a hybrid environment is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of sales processes and sales metrics, ideally in industrial software.
• Experience in CRM applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication and organizational skills; team player.
• Open to international work environment and learning new tools.
• Ability to travel occasionally; German language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer customer records for software licenses, renewals, and services.
• Monitor customer software subscription renewals for CENIT and partners.
• Manage license keys and related contractual documents.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and web meetings.
• Assist account executives in lead, opportunity, and account management.
• Provide product information, quotes, and sales orders.
• Coordinate with global CENIT entities and partners.
• Collaborate with order administration and bookkeeping teams.
• Research prospective accounts and support campaigns and events.
