Job summary

CENIT North America, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support our US sales and marketing operation in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

You will administer customer records for software licenses and services, monitor renewals, and manage license keys and contracts with a focus on accurate, timely processing. Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of sales processes, sales administration and sales metrics, ideally with a background in an industrial software business
• Experience in CRM applications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Passionate team player with strong communication and organizational skills
• Open and willing to work in an international work environment
• Willing and able to learn new tools, processes and technologies
• Ability to travel occasionally
• Working proficiency in German is a plus

Responsibilities

• Administration of customer records for software licenses, software maintenance and services
• Monitoring of customer software subscription renewals (CENIT and partner software)
• Management, ordering, and distribution of software license keys and related contractual documents
• Customer communication through phone calls, email and web meetings
• Support account executives in lead, opportunity and account management
• Provide information about products, generate price quotations and generate sales orders
• Administrative liaison for global CENIT entities and CENIT partners
• Collaborate with CENIT’s order administration and bookkeeping teams
• Research and identify prospective customer accounts
• Organize and support sales campaigns, marketing events and tradeshows
