Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking an Inside Account Representative to nurture a defined customer portfolio through regular phone and email engagement, driving revenue and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

You will manage accounts, build relationships with system integrators, OEMs, and software companies, and collaborate with vendors to propose TD SYNNEX solutions. This role is hybrid with Fremont, CA preferred and occasional West Coast travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Open to early-career talent eager to learn and grow in sales.
• Comfortable speaking with customers regularly by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer and territory P&L and drive growth and profitability.
• Generate new business through inbound and outbound calls with a relationship-based approach.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, including system integrators and OEMs.
• Share information on TD SYNNEX services, portfolio, and solutions (hardware and software).
• Identify growth opportunities and execute territory growth plans.
• Coordinate with field sales on RFPs, proposals, and QBRs.
