Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead our indirect purchasing team in a hybrid role based in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will manage PO and blanket orders, vendor relationships, and ERP-driven processes to deliver cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions.

The role demands 7+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, with collaboration across Operations, IT, HR, Finance and Legal.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain or purchasing, preferably indirect goods/services.
• Experience leading a purchasing/indirect buying team.
• Hands-on with ERP systems and PO/blanket order management.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver procurement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee PO and blanket order management and supplier relationships.
• Provide sourcing support and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements; drive continuous improvement.
