Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead the indirect purchasing team and drive procurement excellence. This full-time role oversees PO and blanket orders, supplier relationships, sourcing support, and ERP processes in a hybrid model with three days in the office and two remote days.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver cost-effective, compliant procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading indirect purchasing and procurement programs.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and audit/compliance requirements.
