Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead the indirect purchasing team in a hybrid role. You will oversee day-to-day purchasing, manage PO and blanket orders, and maintain supplier relationships across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, and Project Management.

You will apply expertise in D365 ERP, analytics, and negotiations to deliver compliant, cost-effective procurement solutions while guiding a team of indirect buyers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and manage PO and blanket order processes.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; support sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies, audit requirements, and ERP-enabled processes.
