Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead our indirect purchasing team in a hybrid, full-time role. You will manage POs, blanket orders, supplier relationships, and sourcing support, while ensuring audit-ready processes and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, and Project Management to deliver cost-effective procurement solutions. Strong leadership and ERP skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Experience with indirect goods and services purchasing.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Manage PO and blanket order lifecycle, supplier relationships, and sourcing support.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
