Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing for a full-time, hybrid role in Charlotte. Lead the indirect purchasing team, handle PO/blanket orders, and optimize supplier relationships with ERP experience (D365).

This role requires 7+ years in supply chain, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, IT, finance, and legal to deliver compliant, cost-effective procurement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination.
• CPSM or procurement certification preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services.
• Manage PO and blanket order management, supplier relationships, sourcing support, and invoice-discrepancy escalation.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
• Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver procurement solutions.
