Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified and experienced Manager, Purchasing to join our team in a full-time hybrid capacity. The role leads the indirect purchasing team, manages POs and blanket orders, and drives supplier relationships, sourcing, and policy compliance across multiple functions.

With minimum 7 years in supply chain, and experience with ERP systems like Dynamics 365, you will coach a team, optimize processes, and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field.
• CPSM or procurement certification preferred.
• MBA or master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead indirect purchasing team and manage PO and blanket orders.
• Oversee supplier relationships and vendor performance.
• Provide sourcing support and ensure policy/compliance adherence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, HR, Finance and Legal to deliver procurement solutions.
