Segra in Plano, Texas is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead our indirect purchasing team in a hybrid role requiring three in-office days per week. You will oversee PO and blanket orders, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost-effective procurement aligned with company policies.

The role demands 7+ years in supply chain, experience with D365 or similar ERP, and strong leadership across cross-functional partners.

Formación

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply Chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Manage PO and blanket order lifecycle, supplier relationships, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain.
