Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to join as a full-time hybrid role. The manager will lead the indirect purchasing team, oversee PO and blanket orders, manage supplier relationships, and ensure policy compliance. Collaboration with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, PM, and Supply Chain is essential.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply chain, experience with D365, and prior leadership. Segra offers robust benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply Chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

• Lead indirect purchasing team and day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Manage PO and blanket order lifecycle, supplier relationships, sourcing support.
• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and audit requirements.
