Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead the indirect purchasing team in a hybrid role. You will manage POs, blanket orders, supplier relations, and sourcing, coordinating with IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities, and Operations to deliver cost-effective procurement.

The role requires strong leadership, procurement execution, analytics, negotiation, and ERP skills, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). Flexibility to work remotely part-time complements in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in telecommunications.
• Supply Chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and day-to-day purchasing operations for indirect goods and services.
• Oversee PO and blanket order management, supplier relationships, sourcing support, and audit readiness.
• Partner with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management, and Supply Chain to deliver compliant procurement solutions.
• Drive procurement excellence through policy enforcement, analytics, and ERP-enabled processes.
