Job summary

Segra is seeking a qualified Manager, Purchasing to lead our indirect purchasing team in a hybrid role based in Texas. You will manage PO and blanket orders, supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and audits, while partnering with Operations, IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities, Engineering, Project Management and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in supply chain, hands-on D365 ERP experience, and a bachelor's in a related field (CPSM/MBA preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Supply chain and purchasing experience, preferably with indirect goods and services.
• Hands-on experience with D365 or a similar ERP system.
• Prior people leadership, team lead, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the indirect purchasing team and oversee day-to-day purchasing operations.
• Manage PO and blanket order management, supplier relationships, sourcing support, and audit readiness.
