• Dealership experience preferred: Walser, Morrie's, CarMax, Superior Ford, Apple Ford, Minnesota Motor Company, Jeff Belzer, Snell Motors, Poquet Auto Sales.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80-100 inbound calls from customers.
• Schedule appointments for customers to service vehicles.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with guests after appointments.
• Update customer information in internal systems.
• Provide high level customer service.
