TEKsystems in Winchester, VA is seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire customer service specialist who will handle back-to-back inbound calls, assist members with account questions, and navigate multiple programs on two monitors. The role starts onsite, with a path to hybrid work after training.

Training runs weekdays 7:30am–4:00pm EST for about 15 days, followed by nesting and bridge training. The position pays $21.50 per hour, with benefits eligibility and a shift schedule that may include

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
• Proficiency with computers, and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
• Strong time management and decision-making skills.
• Adaptability and accountability.

Responsabilités

• Take back-to-back inbound calls and assist members with questions regarding their account.
• Navigate two monitors and several programs to resolve customer requests.
