Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
• Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations when needed.
• Strong time management and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Handle back-to-back inbound calls and assist members with account questions.
• Provide excellent service to company account holders and resolve needs quickly.
• Maintain accuracy while navigating multiple programs and two monitors.
• Adhere to schedule during training and after transitioning to hybrid/onsite work.
