TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a growing automotive contact center in Minneapolis, MN. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls, scheduling vehicle service appointments, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

The role involves answering 80-100 calls daily, updating customer information, and working with a collaborative team in a hybrid office environment. Training and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer 80-100 inbound customer calls per day.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to customers after service appointments.
• Update and maintain customer information in internal systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Assist customers with basic service and scheduling questions.
• Document customer interactions accurately.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure a positive customer experience.
