Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an associate to handle a high volume of inbound customer calls from Bellevue, NE, providing accurate order placement and a positive experience. You will help with product availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and order-related inquiries while documenting interactions in company systems.

The role is contract-based and hybrid, with a pay range around $16.50/hour and benefits eligibility described.

Responsibilities

Handle a varying volume of inbound customer calls
Assist customers with placing orders accurately and efficiently while providing a positive customer experience.
Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, promotions, discounts, and order-related information.
Support customers with questions about returns, exchanges, and company policies.
Resolve routine customer concerns and elevate complex issues when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and empathy when interacting with occasional dissatisfied customers.
Accurately document customer interactions and order details in company systems.
Stay informed on current products, services, promotions, and ordering procedures to provide knowledgeable support.
Utilize downtime between calls to increase product knowledge and remain up to date on company offerings.
Consistently meet customer service, quality, and productivity expectations in a fast-paced call center environment.
