Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Contact Center Representative to handle inbound calls for multiple client companies, resolving basic inquiries and providing claims-related administrative support.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 2 days per week and offers a pay range of $37,900 to $51,200 with discretionary annual incentives based on performance. Hours are 11:30am–8:00pm EST, Monday through Friday (no weekends).
