Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a Contact Center Representative in a hybrid Portland, ME role. You will answer inbound calls, resolve basic inquiries such as Leaves of Absence and Disability, and provide claims-related administrative support.

Typical shift is 11:30am–8:00pm EST, Monday–Friday, with no weekend work. You will contribute by delivering timely resolutions, documenting calls, and collaborating with other departments to handle complex issues while gaining exposure to Sun Life's diverse
