Job summary

HealthStream is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead software deployments, ensure client success, and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will develop plans, manage resources, and drive on-time delivery while maintaining thorough documentation and stakeholder communication.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years of leading implementations, and solid proficiency with MS Office tools and web conferencing. A PMP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience leading software implementation projects; healthcare experience highly desirable.
• Experience with Microsoft programs including MS Project, Word, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with web conferencing software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to all HealthStream security policies, procedures, and training.
• Develops implementation project plans and scope of work for each project.
• Manages software implementation projects and resources for multiple clients, ensuring commitments are met.
• Understands and identifies software functionality to support client objectives.
• Coordinates data transfer and installation between client and HealthStream.
• Reviews hardware recommendations and coordinates software installation process.
• Escalates delays or resource needs beyond contractual commitments.
• Ensures an effective training program is planned and executed.
• Maintains implementation documentation and communicates status to stakeholders.
• Performs related duties to support client service goals.
