Job summary

Cambia Health in multiple locations seeks a Product Implementation Manager II to lead the delivery of new products and enhancements, applying project management methods to keep projects aligned with business strategy, on schedule, within budget, and in line with customer requirements.

This role oversees multiple projects, develops estimates and milestones, and proactively manages risks, issues, scope, and resources across concurrent initiatives to ensure a person-focused health care experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing large and complex projects.
• At least one year of experience installing new insurance products and enhancements.
• Certificate in Project Management strongly preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for delivering projects to successful completion, including quality and timeliness.
• Oversees multiple projects at once, ensuring timely deliverables within budget.
• Plans, directs, coordinates, and reports on project activities.
• Defines, collects, and analyzes metrics to keep projects on target.
• Assembles project teams and provides guidance and direction.
