Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• PMI PMP certification preferred.
• Experience managing IT projects in healthcare is desirable.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
• Superior communication and negotiation abilities in English.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and deliverables with customers and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, charters, milestones and communication documents.
• Manage resources, budgets and risks to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain project timelines, status reports and postmortems for continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor project teams and coordinate with contractors and customers.
• Manage changes in scope and ensure customer sign-off and revenue recognition.
• Foster strong business relationships to enable project success beyond initial delivery.
• Travel onsite as required to meet client needs.
