HealthStream is hiring an Associate Implementation Specialist to onboard customers to our learning and competency platforms. You’ll apply project management basics, coordinate training, and ensure successful deployments for healthcare customers.

Competenze

• 2+ years in customer onboarding, implementations, or related roles.
• Experience with project management methods and schedules.
• Experience with web-based software; SAAS preferred and Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Onboard new and existing customers to HealthStream platforms and products.
• Apply basic project management methodology and maintain project artifacts.
• Collaborate with customers to define stakeholders, training, and deployment needs.
• Escalate issues as the first tier of support and track customer satisfaction.
