Job summary

CoBank seeks an HRIS Analyst to manage and improve HR systems and related processes, partnering with HR teams to translate requirements into enhancements and deliver timely HR services.

You will support system projects, testing, reporting, and workforce analytics, ensuring data quality and governance while delivering clear communications to stakeholders for informed decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline required.
• 3 years HRIS/HR technology experience with HR processes and data.
• Ability to translate requirements into technology or process solutions.
• Experience leading HR technology projects and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administers and improves HR systems, integrations, data loads, and issues.
• Partners with HR to identify needs and suggest technology solutions.
• Translates requirements into configurations, reporting, or redesigned processes.
• Leads HR technology projects through testing, planning, and implementation.
• Coordinates testing for releases and ensures successful adoption.
• Manages vendor relationships and evaluates product capabilities.
• Maintains governance and documentation for data and systems.
• Develops recurring and ad hoc HR reports and analytics.
• Supports headcount tracking and workforce planning with analyses.
