Job summary

Bank of America seeks an experienced HR analytics professional to deliver workforce reporting and analytics while governing HR data per enterprise standards. You will engage stakeholders, drive adoption, satisfaction, and delivery of analytics products for your client group, ensuring rigorous governance around HR data.

You will support enterprise HR analytics and data initiatives, translating complex workforce data into clear insights and executive-ready storytelling for leadership audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, forecasting, or data governance.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic insight and influence decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
• Experience developing concise and effective presentations and presenting results to diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications with strong Excel data extraction and manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports HR analytics, reporting, and data governance to assist senior leaders in decision-making.
• Identifies and resolves employee data issues to minimize risk.
• Creates and enhances standard reporting deliverables for LOB partners and stakeholders.
• Manages operational metrics used by HR leaders to optimize resources.
• Develops data management tools and automated analytics supporting HR reporting.
• Translates complex workforce data into actionable insights for executive audiences.
• Acts as a strategic partner to HR, Finance, and leaders, sharing workforce insights weekly.
• Contributes to monthly reports and dashboards and drives standardization and automation.
