Job summary

CoBank seeks a detail-oriented analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Banking Products and Services. You will manage project coordination, data analytics, reporting, and day-to-day logistics to advance business priorities.

You will collaborate across all functions, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and help enhance organizational effectiveness while developing your technical and strategic thinking in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years combined experience in data analytics, executive support or advanced business support.
• Experience in banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to build analytical outputs in Excel and present in PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage project tracking, status updates, agendas, and documentation.
• Provide data analytics services including collection, prep, analysis, modeling, visualization, and reporting.
• Suggest process improvements and analytical tools for efficiency.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel for executives.
• Collaborate across functions to support division priorities.
• Develop and execute initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
