Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an HR Analytics & Data Governance Consultant I to deliver workforce reporting and analytics through advanced consultation. You will develop, implement, and maintain reporting, analytics, and governance capabilities to meet evolving demands beyond standard offerings.

You will engage with HR analytics, data governance, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights, automate reporting, and drive governance around HR data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with data and analytics tools such as MicroStrategy and Alteryx.
• Detail-oriented with experience maintaining large datasets and ensuring data accuracy, integrity and consistency across outputs.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insight and influence decision-making.
• Proficient in MS Office applications with advanced Excel for data extraction, mining, and manipulation.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with Strategic Analytics Forecasting Leads, Finance and HR to understand headcount movement and reporting gaps; create strategic reporting solutions including automation and standardization.
• Serve as a strategic partner, providing workforce insights and reporting that influence planning and hiring strategies; review with Enterprise leadership.
• Support HR analytics, reporting, and data governance for senior leaders and business partners.
• Identify and resolve employee data issues to minimize risk to the organization.
• Create and enhance standard reporting deliverables for high-impact presentations and analysis.
• Develop and enhance data management tools, queries, and processes including automation of data mining and analytics.
• Create strategic reporting solutions and monthly reports/dashboards.
• Evolve analytical framework to identify new risks from HR data.
