KeyBank is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to lead design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs and related technology. You will coordinate enrollment, platform configurations, data management, testing, and vendor integrations while ensuring compliance with COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, and nondiscrimination requirements.

The role collaborates with Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Communications, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate configuration and administration.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in employee benefits administration, benefits operations, benefits consulting, or benefits technology.
• Experience supporting HR operations and employee lifecycle processes, with working knowledge of how status changes affect benefits and payroll.
• Experience with benefits administration implementations, migrations, or major system enhancements; familiarity with data conversion, interface testing, and cutover activities.

Responsabilidades

• Support benefits platform design, configuration, enrollment processes, and vendor integrations.
• Coordinate eligibility, enrollment, payroll deductions, and carrier data flows; monitor files and resolve issues.
• Assist with compliance monitoring and reporting (COBRA, HIPAA, ACA); support nondiscrimination testing.
• Partner with Benefits, Payroll, Legal, Communications, and Procurement teams to implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain enrollment communications and user-facing materials for clarity and accuracy.
• Serve as liaison with vendors and internal teams to resolve data, file, or processing issues.
