Spectrum is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support and balance employee needs with organizational goals. You will drive effective leadership and help shape Spectrum's workplace culture.

You’ll administer policies, counsel employees, manage leaves and accommodations, and oversee payroll and HRIS accuracy while supporting budgeting and bonus processes. This role builds strong connections and enhances workforce fairness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer Spectrum policies and communicate changes across areas.
• Counsel employees on workplace conflicts, performance and investigations.
• Oversee leaves, accommodations, safety, and workers' compensation processes.
• Lead benefits enrollment meetings and supervisor training on policies and benefits.
• Maintain HRIS and payroll accuracy; conduct audits and ensure compliance.
• Support bonus plans, merit processes, and HR budget initiatives.
