Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results
• Hybrid role with 3 days in the office (Denver, CO) and 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies
• Solve client problems by taking a broad perspective to identify solutions
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients
• Communicate and exceed client expectations; set priorities, organize the day, multi-task, and follow up promptly
