Job summary

ADP is seeking a Human Resources Consultant to act as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges. The role emphasizes building relationships, clear communication, and delivering value across client engagements.

The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in the Alpharetta, GA or Miami, FL offices and 2 days remote, with a focus on client satisfaction and high ethical standards in line with ADP's

Qualifications

• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Alpharetta, GA or Miami, FL) and 2 days remote.
• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.

Responsibilities

• Research, Troubleshoot, and Resolve. You will serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies, solving client problems and providing information, best practices, and training.
• Communicate and Exceed Client Expectations. You will use strong interpersonal skills, HR and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients, set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, and follow up to exceed expectations.
• Provide Recommendations and Educate. You will interpret business issues and share knowledge and best practices with less experienced colleagues and clients.
