Job summary

ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant in the Miami, FL area. As a trusted advisor, you will use your HR experience, consulting skills, and ADP product knowledge to help clients solve their most critical business challenges.

You will manage external client relationships and partner with internal teams, communicate clearly, train on ADP solutions, and drive client satisfaction through timely issue resolution and practical HR best practices.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent.
• 5–8 years in a customer-service or HR environment with proven results.
• College degree is desirable but not required.
• Based in Miami, FL with hybrid office/virtual work.

Responsibilities

• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues as an HR expert for ADP’s largest clients and complex products.
• Proactively provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
• Communicate with clients to resolve issues, set priorities, manage time, and follow up promptly.
• Interpret business issues, recommend solutions and best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists.
