Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 3–5 years experience in a customer service or HR environment
• Hybrid role: 3 days in Tempe, AZ and 2 days remote
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's clients and support ADP products/technologies
• Solve client problems with a broad perspective and provide best practices
• Communicate with clients to set priorities and follow up to exceed expectations
• Share knowledge with less experienced consultants and specialists
