Qualifications

• Reside in or near Austin, TX with ability to travel across client territory.
• Hybrid work model (Remote/Field) with frequent client visits.
• 5–8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 5–8 years of experience in a customer service or HR environment with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support complex products/technologies.
• Solve client problems by identifying solutions and working independently to resolve issues.
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction with clear communication and ethics.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced consultants and specialists.
