ADP is seeking an HR Consultant who will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, using HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve critical business challenges. The role requires building relationships with external clients and internal partners, delivering clear communication, and driving client satisfaction.

You will work with ADP's largest clients, handling a range of HR solutions and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience as HR consultant or practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• Customer service or HR environment with proven positive results.
• Ability to build relationships with external clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP products/technologies.
• Communicate effectively to set priorities, organize the day, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions to clients.
