ADP is hiring a Human Resources Consultant to serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, leveraging HR experience, ADP product knowledge, and consulting skills to solve their most critical business challenges. You will carry ADP's service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands, building rapport and professional communication with external clients and internal partners.

This hybrid role, based in Denver, CO, requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment with proven positive results
• Hybrid work: 3 days in the office (Denver, CO or Schaumburg, IL) and 2 days remote

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies
• Solve client problems with a broad perspective and provide information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions
• Communicate with clients to set priorities, organize the day, multi-task, and exceed client expectations while upholding integrity and ADP values
