Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent in a systems-related organization.
• 3–5 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven positive results.
• Hybrid role: 3 days in the office (Denver or Schaumburg), 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Communicate with clients and resolve issues; set priorities and follow up to exceed expectations.
• Provide recommendations and educate ADP leadership and clients on best practices.
