Job summary

LuxExperience is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the US HR Shared Services team. Based out of Mahwah, NJ with routine visits to NYC, this fixed-term contract role supports employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR data integrity.

You will work closely with Payroll and HR Partners to ensure accurate processes and timely responses. The role requires organization, discretion, and strong communication, with a focus on improving HR service delivery and compliance across systems

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations or shared services for a fast-paced organization.
• Ability to guide employees and managers on HR policies and processes.
• Discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment in handling sensitive matters.

Responsibilities

• Assess and respond to routine employee relations matters and determine escalation.
• Prepare and coordinate employment-related documentation reflecting policies.
• Provide HR policy guidance to employees and managers.
• Support Benefits team with maternity/paternity processes.
• Manage leaver processes and conduct exit interviews.
• Maintain HR records and Workday updates.
• Collaborate with Payroll on Workday questions.
