We Are Adam is seeking a senior HR Operations leader to own the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of HR Operations and Shared Services. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team across payroll, HR transactions, data governance and HR technology.

You will develop the HR Operations strategy, establish service levels and KPIs, and drive automation and self-service to simplify colleague experiences. This role offers a hybrid model with strong people leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR Operations or Shared Services in medium to large organisations.
• Led payroll, HR administration, employee services and HR systems teams.
• Proven track record of process improvement and service transformation.
• Experience delivering HR technology implementations and automation.

Responsabilités

• Own the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of HR Operations and Shared Services.
• Lead the HR technology roadmap and the HRIS ecosystem.
• Drive automation and self-service to reduce manual processes.
• Collaborate with IT and external providers to ensure stability and security.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, data governance and regulatory compliance.
