Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Specialist, HR Shared Services to partner with HR Business Operations and People First teams to resolve complex employee inquiries and improve HR service delivery.

You will resolve high-visibility issues, design SOPs, and collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, and country teams to scale solutions and reduce escalations in a hybrid U.S. role based in Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with a Master’s degree or 5 years with a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR or related field.
• Certified HR professional certifications (CHRP, PHR) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Intake and prioritize HR Shared Service inquiries and escalations, including executive-level and high-visibility cases.
• Collaborate with People First, HRBO, and other partners to resolve issues and improve HR workflows.
• Identify root causes and design process improvements to reduce escalations and enhance employee experience.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and service benchmarks.
• Support HR data management and advisory services across the HR organization.
