Qualifications

• Advanced customer service focus and relationship management required.
• Experience working independently with high initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with HR issues, services, and systems; exposure to human capital management systems is desirable.
• Sound judgment and accuracy in data interpretation and handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from employees and handle inquiries up to 5 hours per day.
• Route and resolve basic HR program queries and processes.
• Analyze issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and SLAs.
• Support quality checks and process improvements.
