Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, guiding stakeholders, and adhering to service level agreements while maintaining HR policy compliance and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Advanced customer service focus and relationship management skills.
• Experience working independently with initiative and multitasking.
• Familiarity with HR issues, services, and systems.
• Desirable: call center experience.
• Exposure to human capital management systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls to employees across the enterprise up to 5 hours per day.
• Maintain knowledge of HR services and handle employee inquiries or route appropriately.
• Analyze and interpret basic issues; coordinate solutions efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve or arrange resolution of basic operational/processing issues and inquiries.
• Provide guidance to customers regarding SSC processes and HR services.
