LuxExperience is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join the US HR Shared Services team. Based in Mahwah, NJ with routine NYC visits, this fixed-term contract role handles employee relations, documentation, policy guidance, benefits support, and HR data integrity.

You will coordinate onboarding, leaver processes, and HR system updates while partnering with Payroll and HR Business Partners. The position requires strong HR operations experience, ability to maintain confidentiality, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations or shared services
• Ability to provide HR guidance to employees and managers
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proficient in MS Office; Workday experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Respond to routine employee relations matters and escalate when needed
• Prepare employment-related documentation ensuring accuracy and policy alignment
• Provide guidance on HR policies and processes to employees and managers
• Support Benefits team with maternity/paternity processes
• Manage leaver process and conduct exit interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR systems
• Collaborate with Payroll on Workday questions
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and status changes
• Assist HR projects and data audits
• Identify process improvements for HR service delivery
