Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human resources related field.
• 3-4 years of progressive human resources related experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with HR leaders to plan and implement a wide range of programs and processes including core HR systems and performance reviews, regulatory issues, employee engagement, rewards, education and learning.
• Supports HR leaders by moving concepts to implementation plans and coordinating with HR colleagues to bring plans to completion.
• Contributes to creative problem solving to create efficiencies and maintain high quality in all aspects of work.
• Works with HR leaders and communications resources to convey program information to staff.
• Uses project management skills to implement projects and programs of intermediate complexity.
• May consult with managers on learning or HR related projects or processes.
• Maintains organized and deliberate approach to implementation, ensuring follow-up and maintenance of programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
