Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Provider Recruitment Coordinator to support the Provider Recruitment team from start to finish. This role organizes candidate materials, reports, schedules, and communications to sustain a strong candidate experience in Green Bay, WI with a hybrid work option.

Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Requirements include a high school diploma, customer service experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Word; post-high school business courses

Competenze

• High school graduate; post-high school business courses preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Word and customer service experience required.
• Three to five years of assistant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Provides clerical support to the Provider Recruitment team and coordinates functions to support strategic objectives.
• Assists with creating candidate materials, preparing reports, managing schedules, and communication/event planning.
