Navitus Health Solutions in Madison, WI seeks a hybrid Human Resources Generalist to support enterprise HR functions, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, and compliance with employment laws. This role includes associate relations and process improvement under HR leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in HR (Generalist preferred), strong conflict resolution and performance management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; SHRM-CP/PHR is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
• SHRM-CP or PHR is preferred
• 2+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally in an HR Generalist role, demonstrating broad experience across key HR functions required
• Experience resolving workplace conflicts and performance management issues, while coaching leaders and cultivating a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment required
• Experience managing conflicts and fostering a positive work environment preferred
• Experience in managing leave of absence programs and administering ADA accommodations, with an understanding of compliance requirements and associate support best practices preferred
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for associate relations and HR inquiries; liaise with managers and employees with policy-aligned guidance
• Administer leave programs including FMLA and ADA in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Assist with onboarding, verification of employment forms, and enrollment questions as needed
• Maintain secure associate records and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
• Lead performance management and disciplinary actions with guidance from senior HR colleagues
• Support HR initiatives and promote associate engagement
• Participate in open enrollment and HR audits as needed
• Maintain and update HR policies and the associate handbook
• Manage HR special projects and help improve HR processes
