Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking an HR Manager to partner with leadership and employees across multiple sites in the USA. You will provide day-to-day employee relations, performance coaching, policy administration, and compliance support in a manufacturing environment.

You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and benefits, while maintaining HRIS records and reporting. Occasional travel to sites may be required and union interactions handled as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years HR Generalist experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of Federal/State HR laws and compliance.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day employee relations and performance counseling.
• Ensures fair and consistent administration of HR policies and practices.
• Resolves employee concerns within supported location(s).
• Drives employee engagement and communicates programs to staff.
• Partners with management on HR policies, laws, and regulations.
• Assists with payroll processing, timekeeping, PTO, and benefits programs.
• Delivers and administers training programs.
• Maintains HRIS accuracy and prepares reports.
• Supports recruitment activities with the Hiring team.
• Participates in Workers' Comp investigations and union matters when needed.
• Supports multiple sites in the USA, in person and remotely.
