Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, training, performance management, and policy implementation across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to drive engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws while supporting recruitment and talent development initiatives.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, including manufacturing exposure, and experience with HRIS systems. Hybrid work in Georgia with travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. 1 year in distributing/manufacturing sites.
• SHRM-CP/ SCP or PHR/SPHR highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of State and Federal Labor Laws; CA/Canada experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Understand business and people issues within assigned business units.
• Collaborate with leaders on organizational design under HRBP guidance.
• Partner with leaders to drive engagement, culture and retention.
• Ensure HR policies are consistently applied in units.
• Support roll-out of HR initiatives and compliance with policies.
• Advise management and employees on employee concerns.
